Sree Cauvery School in Indiranagar stands as a proud symbol of integrity and serves as a tribute to the Kodavas, an enlightened community deeply passionate about education. Reflecting on its journey, the school owes its foundation to the visionary efforts of remarkable individuals such as the former Chief Minister of Karnataka, Late Sri R. Gundu Rao, and Late Lt. Col. Koothanda M. Chengappa, along with countless others whose contributions, both seen and unseen, have shaped its legacy.
What began in 1982 as a modest initiative with just 40 students has, over the span of 37 years, transformed into a remarkable institution. Today, the expansive campus, equipped with modern laboratories and a state-of-the-art auditorium, nurtures 1,439 students, embodying a legacy of excellence in education.
