Attendance & Participation
- Regular attendance and punctuality are expected to help children make the most of their learning opportunities.
- Students are encouraged to take part actively in all academic, co-curricular, and physical activities.
- A minimum attendance of 75% is required for promotion to the next class.
Responsibility & Respect
- Every child is expected to respect school property, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive environment.
- Students are responsible for their conduct within and outside the campus. Courtesy, respect, and camaraderie are core values.
Health & Safety
- Children with contagious illnesses should rest at home until medically cleared.
- First aid facilities are available, and parents will be informed in case further medical care is needed.
- Safe pick-up and drop procedures are followed, and students are entrusted only to authorized guardians.
Uniform & Neatness
- Wearing the prescribed school uniform with dignity reflects discipline and equality.
- Students are expected to maintain personal neatness and follow the school’s dress code at all times.
Fees & Administration
- School fees are to be paid as per the notified schedule through the ERP system.
- Clear communication channels are maintained through diaries, SMS, and scheduled parent meetings.
Communication & Partnership with Parents
- Parents are encouraged to stay connected through the school diary and official communication.
- Meetings with teachers and the Principal can be arranged during designated hours.
- Open communication ensures transparency and mutual trust.
